These Terms of Service govern your purchase and use of audio plugins sold by Love Revolution Ltd ("we", "us", "our") via loverevolutionaudio.com. By purchasing our products you agree to these terms.

1. Products

We sell downloadable audio plugin software (AU, VST3, AAX formats) for macOS. Products are for personal and professional use in music production. You receive a non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to use the plugin on your own systems.

Upon purchase, you are granted a single-user licence to install and use the plugin on up to 2 computers that you own or control. You may not:

All payments are processed securely by Paddle (paddle.com), who act as the Merchant of Record. Prices are displayed in GBP. Paddle handles all tax and VAT calculations at checkout.

4. Delivery

After purchase, you will receive a download link via email. Downloads are available immediately. If you experience any issues accessing your download, contact us at hello@loverevolutionaudio.com.

Please see our Refund Policy for full details. Due to the digital nature of our products, refunds are offered at our discretion within 14 days of purchase if the plugin does not function as described on a supported system.

6. System Requirements

Our plugins require macOS 11.0 or later on Apple Silicon or Intel Mac. It is your responsibility to ensure your system meets these requirements before purchasing.

7. Intellectual Property

All plugin software, branding, and content is the intellectual property of Love Revolution Ltd. All rights reserved.

8. Limitation of Liability

Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the product. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our software.

9. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
